GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Get to know Hisavio.

Everything from working offline to choosing a plan, with straightforward answers to the questions that matter.

01Does Hisavio POS work without internet?

Core sales, stock, Khata, bills and local workflows can continue without continuous internet while the verified licence permits access. Registration, periodic licence refresh and selected services still require internet.

02What is the difference between Online POS and Offline POS?

They are subscription-controlled product modes with features and prices from the live catalog. Online POS does not simply mean Wi-Fi is switched on. Both modes can perform supported core work locally.

03Does it support Windows and Android?

Hisavio POS supports 64-bit Windows and compatible 64-bit Android devices. Hisavio prepares your installation. It is not a browser POS; iOS, macOS and Linux are not supported public platforms.

04Does Hisavio POS support 32-bit Android devices?

No. Hisavio POS requires compatible 64-bit Android. Hisavio Share is a separate helper with its own APK compatibility on the download page.

05How are multiple POS devices synchronized?

One Sync connects two licensed devices at a time over the same local network or Bluetooth. Start the receiver and confirm the matching secure pairing code on both devices.

06Is One Sync cloud synchronization?

No. It is local device-to-device synchronization with encrypted sessions, not automatic cloud replication or continuous background cloud sync.

07Can I transfer product and customer images?

Yes. Hisavio Share sends Item or Khata images from Android to an active Shared Images receiver in POS. Assign received images to products or customers later.

08How are backups created and protected?

Create password-encrypted local backups, or use your connected Google Drive account where configured and entitled. Include supported media if needed. Protect the password and test your backups.

09Does Hisavio store all shop data in the cloud?

No. Operational shop records are primarily local. Selected services use the backend; Google Drive backup uses your connected account. Local image transfers do not upload images to a Hisavio cloud service.

10Can I print PDF bills or thermal receipts?

Yes. PDF bills and compatible configured thermal printers are supported. Confirm your platform and printer with Hisavio before purchase.

11Does it support customer Khata?

Yes. Khata connects credit sales, cash or bank repayments, payment bills, balances and a combined customer ledger.

12Are prices fixed in the website code?

No. Standard prices, device allowances and feature assignments come from the live catalog. When current prices cannot be verified, the website shows an unavailable state.

13How many devices are included?

Live plan cards show included slots. Crown may have additional-device pricing when configured. Hisavio can help confirm your setup.

14Can I download a generic POS installer?

No. POS installations are prepared for individual clients. Contact Hisavio for your installer. Hisavio Share is the only public app download here.

15How do purchase and onboarding work?

Choose your mode, package, billing and devices, then send the prepared WhatsApp enquiry. Hisavio confirms requirements, pricing, payment and client-specific setup.

16Does the website accept online payments?

No. The website prepares an enquiry. Payment and activation are arranged with Hisavio outside this website.

17Is a trial guaranteed?

No. Eligibility is assigned per client. Contact Hisavio to ask; a trial duration does not guarantee access for every visitor.

18Which languages does the application support?

Hisavio POS supports English and Urdu. This website and the current Hisavio Share interface are English-only.

19How are updates delivered?

The POS checks client-specific update sources where permitted and verifies downloads. Mandatory updates may be required for security, compatibility or data safety.

20How do I contact Hisavio Support?

Use Support to prepare a WhatsApp message with the current official number. Copy and QR options are available when the channel is configured.

21What is Hisavio Share?

A separate Android helper that sends Item or Khata images to Shared Images in a compatible Hisavio POS installation.

22Is Hisavio Share a standalone POS?

No. It has no checkout, stock management, subscription or customer account. It is useful with Hisavio POS where Shared Images is available.

23Where can I download Hisavio Share safely?

Use hisavio.com/hisavio-share. No login, payment or POS credential is required. Check the version, compatibility and checksum there.

24Does Share require internet or an account?

Neither is required for local transfers. Use the same reachable Wi-Fi or hotspot, or compatible Bluetooth Classic.

25How do I send images using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?

Choose Item Images or Khata Images, select pictures from Gallery, start the POS receiver, select the destination and send. Wait for acknowledgement and retry failed images only.

26What Android version and permissions does Share need?

See the verified release details on its page. Modern Android requires nearby-device or Bluetooth permissions; older Android may require Location permission for discovery.

27What formats and sizes can Share send?

JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP and GIF, up to 30 MB per image. For supported photos over 15 MB, Share attempts compression when it produces a smaller valid image.

28Does Share upload or delete my phone images?

It sends selected images locally without uploading them to a Hisavio cloud service or deleting originals. Transfers have integrity checks; they are not advertised as end-to-end encrypted.
