Meet Hisavio Share: the Android companion that brings phone images into the Shared Images library in Hisavio POS.
Send JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP and GIF files up to 30 MB per image. For supported photos over 15 MB, Share attempts compression if it produces a smaller valid image.
Your originals stay on your phone. Received images remain in the selected Item or Khata library until you assign, rename or delete them. Receiving an image does not automatically attach it to a product or customer.
Image data is sent locally, without a Hisavio account or cloud upload. Each file is checked for integrity and acknowledged by the receiver.
Transfer integrity is not end-to-end encryption. Hisavio POS protects accepted Shared Images in managed local storage after receipt.
Open Shared Images in POS and start the receiver first. Confirm both devices are on the same reachable network or compatible Bluetooth is enabled. If neither is available, enable one before searching.
Public internet is not required. Guest-network isolation, access-point isolation, a VPN or Windows Firewall can prevent local discovery. Use a trusted reachable local network and allow the POS app through the firewall rather than disabling firewall protection.
Keep devices nearby and confirm Bluetooth Classic compatibility. Grant nearby-device or Bluetooth permissions on modern Android. Older supported Android versions may request Location permission for discovery.
Check the 30 MB per-image limit and supported format. Keep the receiver active and wait for acknowledgement. Retry failed images only; already-confirmed images should not be resent.
A separate Android helper that sends Item or Khata images to Shared Images in a compatible Hisavio POS installation.
No. It has no checkout, stock management, subscription or customer account. It is useful with Hisavio POS where Shared Images is available.
Use hisavio.com/hisavio-share. No login, payment or POS credential is required. Check the version, compatibility and checksum there.
Neither is required for local transfers. Use the same reachable Wi-Fi or hotspot, or compatible Bluetooth Classic.
Choose Item Images or Khata Images, select pictures from Gallery, start the POS receiver, select the destination and send. Wait for acknowledgement and retry failed images only.
